What documents do I need?
A passport and a driving licence. Minimum age 21, at least 2 years of driving experience. Foreign visitors need a passport and a licence in Latin script or an international permit.
Is a deposit required?
With the Standard plan, yes: from $400 to $2800 depending on the car, refunded after the rental. Choose No deposit and extended insurance from $14 per day is added to the price; instead of the standard deposit you leave a $200–$850 guarantee deposit, refunded when the car comes back clean, with a full tank and its documents. No deposit needs 2 or more years of driving experience; with less, only the Standard plan applies, with a doubled deposit.
What is included in the price?
Full insurance and MTPL, 300 km per day, a free second driver and a full tank.
Do I need to prepay?
No. The request is free and non-binding: a manager calls you back within 5 minutes, confirms the car and explains how to pay. The website price is locked in for your request.
What if I return the car late?
You have a one-hour grace period at no charge. If you need longer, let the manager know and we’ll extend the rental at your rate.

Who needs a minivan
A family of six to eight on holiday, a team at an off-site conference, friends heading to the Carpathians, wedding guests who need taking to their hotels, relatives you are meeting at the station — in all these cases one big vehicle beats two cars. Everyone travels together, nobody has to arrange where to meet on the highway, and fuel and parking cost less than for two cars.
What licence you need for a 9-seat minivan
A standard category B licence: it covers up to nine passenger seats in addition to the driver’s, so there is no need for a category D licence. The requirements are the same as for any car in the fleet: at least 21 years old with 2 years of driving experience. If you want to take turns, we add a second driver to the contract for free.
A minivan or two cars
Two midsize cars for the same dates cost about as much as one minivan. But they need two drivers, two deposits and two parking spaces, and the group is split on the road. With a minivan everyone is together, and whoever is tired can take a break from driving.

If there are fewer of you
For six or seven people without much luggage, the seven-seat Toyota Prado 150 from our SUV section will do. For five with suitcases, a VW Touareg or Toyota RAV4 is enough.
Questions and answers
Can I rent a van without a driver in Kyiv?
Yes. The Peugeot Expert Traveller is a 9-seat passenger van that we rent self-drive only, and a standard category B licence is enough. We do not have cargo vans in the fleet.
How many people fit in the minivan?
Nine including the driver: eight passengers plus the driver. With every seat taken there is still room for bags and rucksacks; if everyone has a big suitcase, six or seven people is more comfortable.
Can I take the minivan abroad?
Yes, to the EU, Turkey and neighbouring countries except Russia and Belarus. You need the $100 travel package: trip insurance, documents and a power of attorney for the car.
